I agree that it is important that you guys are doing your studio filming in Tijuana and I thought it was a good point to announce that as you open the episode. I am sure that each successive episode will get better and you already got off to a very good start!

Anytime you want to discuss what the future of Tijuana and northwest region in general will look like over the next 20 years – as I mentioned to you previously – Hector Bustamante would be an excellent choice as he is closely tapped into not only real estate development but also has a growing influence on the areas of planning and design for the city of Tijuana.

He is a dynamic speaker on and off camera and would make a great interviewee, providing a lot of very interesting information as he shares his vision of what is to come.
