    It will depend on how fast you drive, how many stops you make and how much traffic you get from Tijuana to San Quintin. South of San Quintin the traffic is not an issue. I would leave maybe even a bit earlier and avoid the traffic in TJ as well, then drive straight through to that area of road construction work heading to Maneadero. The earlier you cross that, the better as traffic builds there through the morning. Then you can pick up something off a food stand in Maneadero and get back on the road again. If you target to reach El Rosario by NLT 1:00PM, you’ll make Guerrero Negro before sunset. That would be my plan.
