This is a little dated, but we spent Thanksgiving week with our entire immediate family in Cabo. No masking, never asked for proof of vacs. My wife and I ended up with covid. This after two initial vaccinations and three boosters, along with a flu shot. We both were prescribed paxlovid. Post covid treatment I came down with bronchitis/walking pneumonia which I think is related to my immune system being compromised by the covid. So in retrospect I would recommend wearing a mask.
