We just got back after spending some time in Loreto, La Paz and Todos Santos and while some places we went to posted masks as mandatory, actual compliance was at most 50% I’d guess while the majority of restaurants, bars and stores just “suggesting” wearing masks. Just about everywhere suggests social distancing and offer hand gel, many establishments offer temp measurements too.

Overall, mask wearing seemed to be about 30-40% it seemed like.
