Whoa – hadn’t heard of the bug problems, but then again I haven’t stayed there for quite a few years. Nowadays when I drive down I mostly try to plan my trip so I can attend the Flying Sams clinic at the Los Pinos Ranch. They always stay at La Misión Santa Maria, so I stay where they do. They do usually have a dinner at the Cielito Lindo Saturday nights, always a great time.
