Monte Xanic is one of my favorites too along with El Cielo which is actually a resort and spa on top of the winery. We have spent a couple of fantastic long weekends there.

FYI – Monte Xanic only does pre-booked tours but they are great for groups of friends traveling together. We always end up buying a couple of cases of wine each time we go.
