Getting your FMM at the Tijuana Airport
If you drive into Mexico and forget to stop to get your FMM, you can go the Tijuana airport and get one at the INM booth there near the west end of the airport, a short distance from the entrance where you pick up/drop off passengers. The booth is there to provide the FMM card for foreign passengers flying out of Tijuana but the INM agent I dealt with didn’t seem to care whether I was flying or driving.
There were questions about this in another post and thought this deserves its own topic.

That’s really good info – thanks. One time we had to go back to the border for our FMMs and spent nearly an entire day trying to figure how to get there from the TJ side, and still not sure I could do it again if I had to.

Is there airport parking nearby or can I park at the front sidewalk for a few minutes?

My guess is that they probably would prefer people didn’t know that it could be used for getting an FMM for travel not involving the airlines.
