We first visited the area over 30 years ago back when you could have gotten a piece of land by the water for just a couple of thousand dollars. It’s crazy what they are asking today and makes areas like Bahia Asuncion, Abreojos and La Bocana appear super cheap in comparison and with better services for the price. I am not saying these asking prices are out of line as I hear they are asking for that kind of money today but when you compare those prices with other oceanfront properties a bit further north that have power, internet and other services, it leaves you wondering where your money is best invested.
