  El Gran Pollo ~ Insanely Delicious Pollo Asado in East Rosarito Beach

  I love me some pollo asado! But these guys are throwing down a whole new Chicken Game with this ridiculously delicious rotisserie chicken. Located just on the East side of Rosarito, in the Mazatlan neighborhood, you will will find El Gran Pollo in a little gastro food park called El Terreno. If you blink you will miss it, but it is easily searchable on Google Maps and it’s right across from the Ley Express.
  
  Francisco, aka Paco, was an accountant, then a bartender (a damn good one if I may say), then a manager of a Sushi joint… and now he’s A BAD MOTHER CLUCKER!!! The Pollo Asado is probably one of my favorites ever. Not overly seasoned and it’s perfectly cooked.
  One thing that really stands out for me are the sides. Typically the sides at pollo asado spots are pretty lackluster. These sides pack awesome layers of flavor and his baked beans will rock your taste buds.
