    Unfortunately I can not offer you a solution with zero cost but I would strongly suggest you contact an independent customs agency in Cabo, explain the situation and they can help you get it through the cheapest way possible. The AMLO administration has really been clamping down on this and their current policies on donated items is bordering on ridiculous right now IMHO.
