    Limiting the suspension to within 45 km of the border means that the station on the toll-road by the La Salina marina is outside of that suspended zone and will be able to sell the cheaper fuel. What do you bet half of Tijuana’s taxi drivers tomorrow will be lined up on that toll road exit, waiting in queue to fill up?
