I would welcome Dodge into the mid-size pickup truck market as competition is always the best way to improve the overall quality of the products available. I personally am looking forward to see the new Ranger model set to come out for 2023. Keep hearing rumors of a possible turbodiesel V-6 option but read somewhere that won’t be available in the US. Maybe it will be here in Mexico and thus my interest.

One thing that caught my eye in the article was the reference to “Dodge-Stellantis.”

So I checked it out on Google and was completely unaware that early last year Dodge entered into a new, multi auto brand conglomerate. For those of you who were in the dark like I was, this new group will operate under the Stellantis brand and together they will now represent a larger market share globally than GM.
