My guess is that about this time next year we’ll be hearing about how the cartels are controlling the water down there. It would certainly fit their pattern.

They did with lemons and avocados on the mainland and part of the fishing on Baja, so why not the water too? I liked AMLO when he was running and happy when he won 4 years ago but has turned out to be a major disappointment, especially in dealing with organized crime.

This plan is going to look a lot more feasible next year.

Of course that makes sense as it did many years ago when others first proposed the idea.

Baja and Sonora could do the very same thing, bringing in water from central and southern Mexico.
