I’ve tried getting my FMM online a few times but after hearing about some scam pages that only rip you off, I went back to just getting it at INM when I cross the border. You have to stop anyway to get it stamped and it really only adds on a minute or two of time just filling it out there.

And got a reply that included this em address: notificaciones-inm@inami.gob.mx

if there were any problems. I did send an email about the issue but never heard back, so I came here.

That is the official page so I don’t think it’s a scam. Did you check your account to see if the transaction went through and they charged you?

If you re-read his post, he said that he was never given the option to pay.

I have used the online portal in the past to pre-pay for the FMM but as you still need to stop and get it stamped, I just went back to getting it when crossing each time. Checking the website now, I see what you mean. It gives you all the info and even lets you fill out the form but there is no payment portal.

Another reason just to get it at the border.
