  How to Make Chicken Enchiladas

  In a little village spot, about 20 minutes north of Zihuatanejo Mexico, there is Troncones Cooking School.
  This small little cooking school is a hidden gem on a dirt road in one of the most awesome spots in Guerrero Mexico. It’s located right behind the family run restaurant, across from the best fresh tortillas in town and a stones throw away from some of the most epic surf on the Mexico coast.
  Today I get the awesome opportunity to sit down with an OG Family from Playas Troncones and we are making Chicken Verde Enchiladas. Anai, Mine & AnaKaren started this killer little school to bring some legit local flavors to the folks that live in and travel through their little slice of paradise.
