    There has been some confusion on whether air/CO2 powered guns for play/sport are allowed in Mexico. The answer is yes, and the Mexican military actually came out with a document you can print and carry with you when traveling if you are carrying a pistol or rifle that is air/CO2 powered, such as paintball guns in Mexico. Just be sure to show them the pistol/rifle and tell them you are playing paintball.
