God this so angers me, to see such decent people and at this point of their life to be subjected to such terrible violence and death. A nephew was killed in Tijuana many years ago by a strayed bullet from gunfight between drug dealers when he was walking home from school. He was a good boy, a good son and a good student. If anyone know Mr. Cutters wife and family, please tell them I am very sorry about this tragedy and we will pray for them and for justice.
