Looks like somebody has some explaining to do…

    ———————————————————

The violence in Baja California last weekend was the result of a “state managed by an inexperienced governor who failed to grasp the complexity of the situation that faced her,” said former governor and current Baja California state senator Jaime Bonilla Valdez yesterday at the Permanent Commission of the Congress of the Union, referring to Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda – the current governor – and a member of his own political aprty, Morena.

Bonilla went on to accuse her administration as having “deals with the cartels” and openly questioned how it was possible that the handpicked assistant to her director for Public Security was arrested at the border for trafficking contraband and yet today still has kept his job?

And that same official was named in one of the “narcomantas” left by the CNGJ claiming that he and this current administration are not honoring their previous agreements made?

Sounds like business as usual except the former governor call out the current governor when both belong to Morena? Something else is going on.

I think there is a lot of division in the Morena party right now and the fact that AMLO flew in just to help prop Marina up is showing they are really feeling the pressure. It’s really all going to come down to whether or not AMLO can turn the numbers (on crime) around.
