This is good news for the people who live here and visitors to Baja California. The National Guard generally does very good work in helping to reduce crime here in Tijuana. Kudos to the governor.

Speaking of Tijuana cops, they left a an arrested perp in the rain, handcuffed in the back of a pickup truck a couple of days ago. A lot of the comments that followed seemed to feel that he got exactly what he deserved but I am sure some human rights attorney problem thinks differently.
