One of my dearest and closest friends lost his son in a head on collision several years ago and the experience forever left him in a chronic state of depression as, according to how he explains it, part of him perished alongside his son in that tragic accident. It was only the second day since he was given his driver’s license. It is such a devastating thing to lose a child and my heart goes out to you.
