That was my impression too. I think this list might be better labeled “Traditional Mexican Etiquette”. I had a conversation with an old timer at Mag Bay on a recent trip about all the Mexican influence in the US southwest and he commented that Baja had become a lot more “Estilo Americano” over the last several decades. But the info is still good to know.
